We are an active and friendly target shooting club based in Sarisbury Green, near Southampton in Hampshire UK. We have one 25 yard indoor range for prone small-bore rifle shooting with 5 firing points. We are a club of about 30 members of all ages from teens to pensioners. We shoot in a number of…
History
The beginning…………………………………… Solent Rifle Club was formed in 1944 by some of the members of the local Home Guard (Dad’s Army). The range was then situated at the Drill Hall in Park Gate.
